Winter Flow Fridays

This class will begin with warm-up poses to awaken your body, stretches, gentle twists, and side stretches. We will then incorporate movements that are slow and deliberate, allowing you to ease into your practice and listen to your body's needs. As you transi􏰀on into the Vinyasa flow, the pace remains gentle and fluid. Each movement is synchronized with your breath, crea􏰀ng a seamless dance between poses. Class will end with a 10 minute Savasana allowing the body to adjust and integrate the benefits of the practi􏰀ce. We will embrace the s􏰀tillness and beauty of the season, finding warmth and serenity within, and se􏰁t a peaceful and mindful tone for your day and weekend ahead.
