This NEW class format is a 90-minute class. This class combines gentle flow (vinyasa) yoga with an extended restorative portion of class. The best of a vinyasa yoga class and a Restorative yoga class together.
Beginner friendly/OPEN to ALL skill levels. Strengthen and Tone every major muscle of the body. Balance training is included in this class. We use body-weight, tubes, dumb bells and more. The class ends with relaxation.
