• Massage Yo’ Self Yoga

    This class consists of gentle vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga asana & pranayama (breath) in combination with self-massage and ball rolling to provide relief from sore muscles and tight soft tissues.

    We will focus on releasing common tension areas using modified neuromuscular and myofascial therapy techniques with self-massage tools and our own body, while stretching and resting into supportive yoga poses.

    Optional hands on healing will be offered as part of the final resting pose.
